自 2025 年底爆發非洲豬瘟疫情後，台灣養豬產業至今仍在復原中， 2026 年初仍面臨許多不確定性。
美國豬肉關稅逐步下降、因非洲豬瘟導致出口市場關閉、農場生物安全規範加強，這些因素都將影響豬肉的銷售價格與生產成本，雖然目前難以量化其影響。產業的重組正在進行，並將加速。農民必須提升績效，否則可能面臨艱難時期。若需要協助，請告訴我們，我們樂於分享在法國以及亞洲（中國、台灣、越南等地）提升績效與成本控制的經驗。

Still recovering from ASF outbreak in late 2025, Taiwan pig industry is facing uncertainity in this beginning of 2026. Progressive reduction on USA pork tariffs, closure of exports markets due to ASF, strengething of biosecurity rules for the farmers, all those factors will have impacts on pork sale price as well as production cost, even though the impact is hard to quantify today. The restructuring of the sector is undergoing, and will accelerate. Farmers will need to increase their performance or risk facing difficult times. Let us know if any help is needed, we are happy to share our experience in France, but also Asia (China, Taiwan, Vietnam...) in performance improvement and cost control.

科普利信國際研討會
Cooperl International Seminar
科普利信各地國際分公司齊聚朗巴勒總部，展開為期兩天的交流與參訪。亞洲團隊（越南、泰國、台灣）更實地走訪實驗型豬場與屠宰場，觀摩日常管理與設備在真實飼養環境中的應用。參訪重點包括升降產欄系統，其升降與受力分散設計有助提升母豬與仔豬的安全與福利，並增進農場營運效率。透過串聯農場與加工端的完整參訪，團隊更深入理解設備與流程在整體豬肉產業鏈中的關鍵角色。
Cooperl’s international branches gathered at its Lamballe headquarters for a two-day exchange. Moreover, the Asia team (Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan) visited experimental pig farms and a slaughterhouse to observe daily management and real-world equipment use. The Balance Floor farrowing system stood out for improving sow and piglet safety and farm efficiency. The full farm-to-processing tour strengthened understanding of how equipment and processes support the entire pork value chain.

法國代表團拜訪雲林養豬產業
French Delegation Visits Yunlin’s Pig Industry
二月初，法國駐北京大使館農業參贊與法國台北辦事處 一行蒞臨雲林，深入交流台灣養豬產業的經驗與現況。此次參訪涵蓋飼料生產與豬場經營兩大關鍵環節，讓代表團對台灣養豬產業的運作模式、技術應用及所面臨的挑戰有了更全面的了解。特別感謝立富牧場與集美飼料的熱情接待與坦誠分享，使本次交流不僅豐富，也具實質意義，為雙方未來合作與經驗交流奠定了良好基礎。
In early February, Agricultural Advisor to the French Embassy in Beijing and French Office in Taipei visited Yunlin to exchange insights on Taiwan’s pig industry. The visit covered both feed production and pig farm operations, providing the delegation with a comprehensive understanding of local practices, technologies, and industry challenges. Special thanks to Lifu Ranch and Jimei Feed for their generous hospitality and invaluable sharing, laying a solid foundation for future collaboration and knowledge exchange.

台中豬農隱匿非洲豬瘟疫情遭起訴
Taichung Pig Farmers Indicted for Hiding ASF Outbreak
台中地檢署於2月25日起訴梧棲洽興畜牧場父子，指其偽造文件並販售染疫豬隻，造成約新台幣21億元損失。檢方依詐欺與偽造文書等罪嫌求處重刑，涉案兒子目前續押。
Prosecutors indicted a father and son for concealing an ASF outbreak, forging documents, and illegally auctioning infected pigs, causing an estimated NT$2.1 billion in losses. They face fraud and forgery charges, with the son remaining in custody pending trial.
毛豬價跌破80元，農業部擬調節供需
Pig Prices Drop Below NT$80; MOA Plans Supply Adjustment
春節後需求轉淡，2月下旬毛豬拍賣均價跌至每公斤77.58元。農業部將透過減少拍賣量及研議冷凍豬肉外銷或收購措施，力拚將價格穩定在80–85元區間。
Post-holiday demand weakened, pushing average hog auction prices down to NT$77.58 per kg in late February. Authorities plan to cut auction volumes and consider frozen pork exports or stockpiling to stabilize prices within NT$80–85 per kg.
屏東重罰違規廚餘餵食
Pingtung Intensifies Fines for Illegal Kitchen Waste Feeding
屏東縣政府於2月23日對違規使用未蒸煮廚餘餵食的業者開罰40萬元。隨2027年全面禁用廚餘期限將至，地方將加強稽查以防堵防疫漏洞。
