近來台灣養豬產業面臨新的挑戰。10 月中旬，台灣首次出現非洲豬瘟（ASF）疫情，突顯生物安全的重要性。加上颱風損害與人力短缺持續影響，養殖戶必須加快轉型腳步，強化防疫與經營效率。法國農民過去也曾面臨類似危機，Cooperl 集團透過提升生產力與防疫能力，協助農戶穩健經營。如今，這些解決方案也能為台灣養殖戶帶來啟發。我們藉此機會在現已改為雙月刊的電子報中新增一個章節，向忠實讀者說明台灣豬產業的最新動態。祝各位十一月閱讀愉快！Recently, Taiwan’s pig industry has faced new challenges. In mid-October, the country confirmed its first case of African Swine Fever (ASF), reminding all farmers of the importance of biosecurity. Along with typhoon damage and ongoing labor shortages, this event highlights the need for farms to accelerate transformation and strengthen efficiency. Cooperl’s experience in helping French farmers overcome similar crises offers valuable insight for Taiwan today. We take this opportunity to introduce a new part in our now bi-monthly Newsletter, to explain to our faithful readers the latest Taiwan pig industry updates.

專業養豬培訓 Professional Swine Training
九月初，台灣農業科技研究院與科普利信台灣（Cooperl Taiwan）共同協辦專業培訓課程，特別邀請來自法國、擁有 1200頭母豬GGP場管理經驗的專家 親臨台灣，進行為期一週的密集訓練！這不僅是一場培訓，更是台法養豬產業交流的重要一步！
感謝農科院的支持，也感謝所有養豬夥伴的熱情參與。
Early September, Taiwan's Agriculture Technology Research Institute (ATRI) and Cooperl Taiwan co-organized a professional training program, inviting a French expert with experience managing a 1,200-sow GGP farm to Taiwan for one week of intensive training! This program was not only training but also an important step in Taiwan-France swine industry collaboration. Thanks to ATRI and all the participants for their active participation!
科普利信法國畜牧展(SPACE) Cooperl at France Livestock Show (SPACE)
作為法國主要的豬隻育種合作社及豬產業服務領導者，Cooperl 每年都必須參加 SPACE 展會——法國九月在布列塔尼地區雷恩舉辦的最大型畜牧展。
今年，我們與 Nucleus 攜手展示了尖端的豬隻設備、基因創新技術，以及 IRIS 精準飼養計畫，吸引了眾多業界專業人士的高度關注。我們特別榮幸接待台灣糖業公司的代表團，並安排參訪 Cooperl 總部及當地農場。這些交流活動突顯了法國與台灣畜牧業間令人振奮的合作與創新契機。衷心感謝所有蒞臨 Cooperl 展位的朋友！
As a major French pig breeders cooperative and a leader in pig industry service providers, Cooperl must be present evey year in SPACE, France's biggest livestock show in September in Rennes (Brittany area).
Together with Nucleus, we showcased cutting-edge swine equipment, genetic innovations, and the IRIS precision feeding program—drawing strong interest from industry professionals. We were especially honored to welcome the Taiwan Sugar Corporation delegation and host follow-up visits to Cooperl’s headquarters and local farms. These exchanges highlighted exciting opportunities for collaboration and innovation between the French and Taiwanese livestock sectors.

台灣豬產業最新動態 - Taiwan Pig Industry Update
非洲豬瘟爆發及控制措施 ASF Outbreak and Control Measure
2025年10月底台中發現首例非洲豬瘟，全國 5,441場豬舍 全數檢測，實施 全國禁運禁宰至11月6日。政府釋出冷凍豬肉庫存，足供一個月。排骨、蹄膀等品項價格可能小幅上漲。
In late Oct 2025, Taiwan confirmed its first ASF case at a Taichung farm. All 5,441 farms were tested, and a nationwide transport and slaughter ban was imposed until Nov 6. Frozen pork reserves cover one month’s demand. Prices for ribs and knuckles may rise slightly.
豬隻死亡保險 Pig Mortality Insurance
新制自 11月1日 起上路，新增 運輸過程死亡 保障，500頭以下小型豬場 由政府全額補助保費。
A new scheme (effective Nov 1) now covers transport deaths at no extra cost. The government fully subsidizes premiums for farms with ≤500 pigs.
防疫紓困補助 ASF Subsidy Plan
農業部推出紓困方案：每頭豬 810元飼料補助、每場 1.8萬元能源補助、母豬死亡補助 2,500元。攤商每攤 3萬元。釋出 6萬噸冷凍豬肉 並限量開市 每日3萬頭 以防價崩。
Farmers will receive NT$810/pig feed aid, NT$18,000/farm energy subsidy, and NT$2,500 for dead breeding pigs. Vendors get NT$30,000 per stall. The COA released 60,000 tons of frozen pork and limits auctioned pigs to 30,000/day to stabilize prices.

非洲豬瘟使對日 豬肉出口暫停，此前台灣已出口至 菲律賓與新加坡。
美方持續在 WTO 抨擊台灣 萊克多巴胺與標示規範 為貿易障礙，台灣堅稱屬 食安要求。
ASF halted Taiwan’s export plans to Japan after prior shipments to the Philippines and Singapore.
The U.S. continues to challenge Taiwan’s pork labeling and ractopamine limits at the WTO, calling them trade barriers; Taipei insists on its food safety standards.
